By using our service you accept our usage policy. This Acceptable Usage Policy is provided by CazaraTech for its customers as a guide on the resource usage of the services provided by CazaraTech. If you are not sure about the consumption or resource usage of your site/app/server, please submit a ticket to discuss possible options.
Each VPS plan have access to number of CPU/Cores which is shared to other VPS on the same node. If your server load average CPU or I/O usage is affecting the performance of other VPS we may contact you for the issue. We may also reboot/restart, stop or suspend your server if the impact is disruptive.
Products/Services with Dedicated CPU/Cores can fully use 100% of the number of cores allocated to their plan at all times. I/O and Network are still shared on node and we may contact you for if your usage is impacting others. We may also reboot/restart, stop or suspend your server if the impact is disruptive.
Other Products/Services that are on shared environment shall not use excessive processes, storage and bandwidth from a typical usage of shared hosting. If your site/app is affecting other sites/apps we will ask you to upgrade to VPS or suspend your service.
DoS/DDoS is strictly prohibited. Execessive usage resulting to degraded network or abuse of our network is not permitted. We do not allow any type of scanning, flooding, or any kind of artificial traffic. We may contact you regarding the issue or suspend your service.
